Wandering the aisles at Home Depot one day, a few scrap pieces of lumber with live edges caught my attention. An associate offered me the parts free of charge, which inspired me to build something for the first time in my life. Despite knowing nothing about woodworking, I acquired help from YouTube and transformed the pieces into a beautiful piano bench. The creativity I didn’t know existed inside of me awoke. As I developed a talent for seeing the beauty in raw wood and turning it into works of art, it wasn’t long before I discovered the winsomeness of resin. The first resin and wood creations I made were cribbage boards. Now I make tables, serving trays, and other custom creations with resin, which are the signature pieces offered at Resin Flux. Transforming an ordinary, raw piece of wood into a stunning work of art represents the human journey of becoming who we were created to be. Nurturing potential and polishing it as it comes alive is a part of our process and purpose. Our mission is to create works of art that signify the beauty of transformation and share them with you.
